What is the Best Airsoft Helmet?
ATAIRSOFT Adjustable Maritime Helmet ABS for Airsoft Paintball
- M/L (adjustable) 21-22.5 inches/ 53-57 cm circumference. This size is not suited to the larger-sized head.
- L/XL (adjustable) 22.5-24 inches/ 58-61 cm circumference. This size is suited to the larger-sized head.
If you do find that the helmet is a bit on the tight side, you can remove the interior mat.
Colors: Black, forest green (which looks more like dark gray), and light gray.
The ATAIRSOFT is made from durable, high-quality ABS (if you really want to know: Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene).
It weighs around 1.7 lbs/ 770 g.
The ATAIRSOFT has not been designed to withstand an impact from real ammunition. Do best not to even try.
The Velcro panels on top of the helmet mean that you can attach safety lights, IFF, filament of patches, and nametapes.
Outry Tactical Fast Helmet
There’s a chin/ neck pad on the adjustable suspender strap so you can adjust fitting. The Outry Tactical Helmet fits heads with a circumference of 20.5-25.2 inches/ 52-64cm.
The helmet’s width is approximately 9.8 inches / 25 cm while the height is around 5.9 inches / 15 cm. The one size is said to fit most heads.
The loop panels provide you with extra places to add patch attachments.
The accessory side rail connectors are suitable for attaching COMs headset, a visor, a flashlight, camera, and so on.
The Outry is ideal for airsoft, paintball, shooting, hunting, and various other tactical activities. You can also use the helmet for cycling.

This airsoft helmet is made from durable ABS plastic. It’s nicely light and weighs in at 1.2 lbs / 550g.
The helmet’s side rails are suited to various accessories while if you do add an integrated NVG mount (the mount is not included) it is compatible with most GoPro NVY style mounts.

ATAIRSOFT Tactical Airsoft MICH 2000 Helmet with Side Rail & NVG Mount
As is the case with all other airsoft helmets reviewed here, the ATAIRSOFT Tactical Airsoft MICH 2000 is made from durable ABS plastic.
Inside the helmet has seven pieces of sponge padding which are self-adjustable.
For patch attachment, there are surrounding loop panels.
Like the ATAIRSOFT Adjustable Maritime Helmet ABS – the airsoft helmet review at the top – this one weighs 1.7 lbs / 770g.
There are side rails attached to the helmet with NVG shroud and goggle strap clips. There’s bungee retention for NVG which caters to IFF, filament of patches, nametape, and safety light attachment.
