This Cuisinart MCP-12N Multiclad Pro Stainless Steel 12-Piece Cookware Set features cool grip handles and the handles are secured with stainless steel rivets. The lids are self-basting and tight-fitting. Triple-ply construction comes with the unsurpassed heat conductivity of a pure aluminum core. This ensures even distribution of heat (eliminates hot spots) and maximum heat retention.
The cookware is oven-safe up to 550F. Pot rims are tapered for drip-free pouring.
Tight-fitting stainless steel covers seal in natural juices and nutrients for healthier, more flavorful results. All covers are dishwasher-safe.
